Bluemontâ€•A Historic Village.
The village that sits on the western edge of Southern Loudoun County, was first called Snickers Gap, then Snickersville, andâ€•with the coming of the railroad on July 4, 1900â€•Bluemont.
Waterford is a pre Civil War town founded by Quakers who ran a large flour mill. It is host to the famous annual Waterford fall festival and fair held every October. Quaint and historical, residents have great pride in their town.
