I can't say enough about Kathy! Not only was she patient with me as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but she helped me think through possibilities, kept me focused, and found my forever home. She really understood all the issues I had to deal with (rural/ag properties, easements, etc) and helped me understand what I was getting into. Moreover, she was a great resources when it came to finding resources for after I moved in. Her energy and enthusiasm kept me going when I wasn't quite sure how to proceed. I loved working with her!

Kathy is more then just a real estate agent...she is an all around great person. She is caring, hard working, conscientious, smart, knowledgeable, and very present!! I have been lucky to know Kathy for most of my life so I know what kind of person she is and that was an important part of my decision to have her represent us in the sale of our home. Kathy invests herself in the sales process and does a great job of representing her clients. She will take great care of you and the process. Her communication is fantastic and she always made herself available...even for the simplest of questions. The sale of our home had it's ups and downs and was at times difficult...but I am grateful I had Kathy on my side...she made all that difficulty melt away as she worked very hard to explain the process, clarify issues and communicate with us very quickly and give us answers or solutions that made sense for us! If you need an agent Kathy is a GREAT choice because she is more then just a real estate agent...she is a true and genuine person who will take great care of you during your process.

Kathy was wonderful. Certainly knew the market, was aggressive, positive, and always responded almost like instant messaging. I can not recommend her too highly, would definitely use her again. My only regret is not knowing her 4 months earlier when I listed with someone else and the house just sat there. No sale no joy until Kathy arrived and took control and sold it in a week. She had some great ideas and suggestions that I am sure helped sell it so quickly. You will not go wrong if you sell or buy with Kathy!!!!!!

Kathy was absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end! She made everything as seamless as possible for us, through what could have been a more stressful time. She went above and beyond our needs and answered all our questions promptly! Aside from the anxiety of selling a home, Kathy, took care of all the leg work for us (i.e., photographer, contractor, etc.). We cannot say enough great things about her and her professionalism She is truly a blessing to us!

Kathy was such a wonderful real estate agent for my family. She was with us every step of the way, never left a question unanswered, and always there to ease any concerns that we had. She found us the perfect home, and was there all the way through closing. Helped us find great home inspectors, etc. and made sure that everything in our home was safe and all of our requests were taken care of before moving in. Couldn't recommend her enough- she is truly the best!!

"We've been living in our house about a month now and Kathy was AMAZING when helping us. My husband and I had very different ideas about what we wanted/where we wanted to be. Kathy took us to multiple homes, and always paid attention to what we said when we went into those homes. She took note of the things we said we liked, the things we said we didn't. The biggest was that almost every house we went to, I told my husband the backyard would be big enough for a pool (though a pool wasn't something that we actively put on our list. We weren't really LOOKING for a house with a pool) However, she took note and found us a house not only with a pool, but also with a walk in closet. It hit every note on the "have to have" list we had, and most of our "want to have" list. It was PERFECT. We are first time home buyers, and she helped us with things like schools in the area, what to set up when we first moved in, things that we should/could request from the sellers. Plus, she thought of things we didn't even think of (we're expecting our first child and she vetoed a house because it didn't have a bathtub. I hadn't even thought of that, but we would need a house with a tub!) I would 100% recommend her and, on the off chance we ever sell our home (I'm planning on this being a forever home), she would be the first person that I contact."
